High Protein Smoothie Bowl

f you're a fan of smoothie bowls then this high protein bowl is going to be your new favorite. You just need 4 ingredients to make this and both low and high calorie options have been added.

Ingredients

  • 5 tbsp Yoghurt
  • 100 g Frozen Strawberries
  • 100 g Frozen bananas
  • 1/2 scoop protein powder vanilla flavored

Toppings (for Higher calories)

  • 1/2 Fresh banana
  • Handful of fresh strawberries
  • 1/2 tsp Chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp Muesli
  • 1 tsp nut butter

Instructions

  • In a blender, blend all the ingredients until smooth. (if your blender isn't very strong then you might struggle with this)
  • Pour the smoothie into a bowl and then top it with your favorite toppings
  • if you want to make it low calorie, skip all the toppings
