Homemade Subway Sandwich
A quick juicy sandwich filled with nutritious ingredients

Subway bread multigrain / whole wheat/ sourdough/ any bread

Red pepper sauce

Instructions
In a pot with salt and boiling water, boil your chicken breast for 10mins or until cook. Once cooled down, shred the chicken.--.-.--
Add red pepper sauce, salt, pepper and chilli flakes to the shredded chicken and mix well.
Cut the bread and add mayo on one side and green chutney on the other
Add lettuce, cucumber, tomato, shredded chicken, onions and coriander leaves
Add in the olives and cheese slice
Grill on a pan until the cheese has melted.
P.s : you can add a little bit of ketchup if needed
