Homemade Subway Sandwich

A quick juicy sandwich filled with nutritious ingredients

Ingredients

  • 100 g Chicken breast boiled and shredded
  • 1 whole Subway bread multigrain / whole wheat/ sourdough/ any bread
  • 1/2 no. Cucumbers finely sliced
  • 3-4 leaves Lettuce
  • 4-5 slices Tomato finely sliced
  • 2 tbsp Onions finely sliced
  • 1 tsp Coriander leaves
  • 1 tbsp Green chutney
  • 1 tsp Garlic mayo
  • 1 tbsp Red pepper sauce
  • 1 tbsp Olives
  • 1 slice Cheese slice

Instructions

  • In a pot with salt and boiling water, boil your chicken breast for 10mins or until cook. Once cooled down, shred the chicken.--.-.--
  • Add red pepper sauce, salt, pepper and chilli flakes to the shredded chicken and mix well.
  • Cut the bread and add mayo on one side and green chutney on the other
  • Add lettuce, cucumber, tomato, shredded chicken, onions and coriander leaves
  • Add in the olives and cheese slice
  • Grill on a pan until the cheese has melted.
  • P.s : you can add a little bit of ketchup if needed
