Orange Chia Pancakes

Fluffy tangy and zesty pancakes made in under 10 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup -Instant oats
  • 4 tbsp -yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp -Orange juice
  • 1 egg -Egg
  • 1/2 banana -Banana
  • 1/2 tsp -Orange zest
  • 1/4 tsp -Vanilla essence
  • 1 tsp -Baking powder
  • 1 tbsp -Chia seeds
  • 1/2 tsp -Butter
  • 1 tsp -Honey
  • For garnish: 1 tbsp yoghut+ zest+ orange slice

Instructions

  • - In a blender add in all the ingredients mentioned and blend it roughly.
  • -In a pan, add in the butter and cook the pancakes for 3-4 minutes on each side (or until bubbles start to appear)
  • -Flip the pancakes and let it cook for another 1-2 mins
  • -Stack the pancakes and top with yoghurt and zest
  • -Drizzle a little honey or maple syrup for sweetness
