Chop the strawberries roughly and add them in a sauce pan.2) 3)4) 5) 6)
Cook the strawberries at medium high heat until they’re softened and then add in your honey. (You can add the sweeteners according to your sweet preference.)
After the mixture turns more liquidy, mash the strawberries until smooth.
Add in your chia seeds. (If you want it to be thicker, you can add more chia)
Add in your lemon juice and then let it cook until it thickens.
Transfer to a dry jar and refrigerate after its cooled.
